We had a near the house lightning hit and it took out a couple of A/C unit controller boards.  Burris Mechanical was able to get right on it and even though it took a bit to locate the actual problem (since the lightning hit wouldn't allow the control board to register failure codes), they stayed at it until everything was back to normal. I had such a great experience with Burris Mechanical. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to the other companies that I received quotes from. Kyle walked me through every option that would work for the room we were adding a mini split to, and what really impressed me was how much time they spent talking through all the aesthetic possibilities. I really appreciated that they cared just as much as I did about how everything would look, not just how it would work. They even helped me think through the exterior placement, which was a big deal for me. They knew I wanted it to look clean and intentional on the outside of the house, and they really took that into consideration when planning the install. On top of all that, Daniel and Mason were incredibly polite, thoughtful, and respectful the entire time. With so many companies out there — and trust me, I got multiple quotes — these little touches made a huge difference. Update : I just had to use them again, but for my rental property and I am so glad I did. They were able to asses and address BOTH of my units that coincidentally went out at the same time. They were once again, honest, transparent, quick, communicative, and not pushy. This company really has the clients best interest and doesn’t try to snake oil salesman you every turn of the way. I will be a BMG customer for life. I can NOT speak highly enough of this company!!!! They are HONEST, and reasonable, and QUICK & efficient. If your looking for someone to take care of you like they would there own family…. This is your AC company!! Trust me and use them. You will not regret it.
